Anyone that has followed my automotive journey these past few years knows I am a fan of the Mitsubishi Outlander (both ICE and PHEV). The compact SUV is fun to drive, fuel-efficient, versatile, adventurous, looks good, inside and out and in this case (PHEV) eliminates range anxiety.
A few years ago, I had the pleasure of putting the 2020 PHEV GT to the test, while off-roading in the Glamis Sand Dunes. Not long after, I hit I-95 South in the 2022 SEL model for a bit of Miami fun, and a few weeks ago I headed to Franklin, Tennessee, Mitsubishi Motors North America’s hometown, to experience the world’s best-selling 2023 PHEV on and off the road.
See what I mean when I say, versatile and adventurous?!?!
