Before taking a food intolerance test last year I thought dairy, soy and citrus were the ONLY reasons behind my weird skin issues/breakouts. Boy was I wrong! Thanks to York Test Laboratories, I discovered there are 19 different ingredients that are causing my ongoing issues.
Take a look at the email I received….

Wow just wow!
After receiving this tragic but very enlightening news, I have been pretty aggressive at taking steps to heal inside and outside. Yes, the struggle is STILL real, but I am not giving up!
Ever since my discovery, I’ve taken a journey to find the right foods and places to eat that are allergy friendly. So, I was super excited to try out the restaurants listed below. If you suffer from food allergies, too- you’ll definitely want to check them out.

I have to agree with this, last time I had bad an experience in terms of eating something and only then finding out I’m allergic lol.
But luckily I take fish oil or omega 3 and I’m not allergic because it helps me a ton.
Great information, thanks Dawn!

It’s simple to make and requires no kneading! I hope you enjoyed your time in the bakery!
