True Food Kitchen Boca is well lit, has tons of elbow room, a chic/retro decor and it feels ALL inclusive. What do I mean by “ALL inclusive”? Well, because I have dietary restrictions, there are times when I feel like an afterthought while browsing the menus of certain restaurants. For example, they might only have a garden salad with very limited dressing options available for someone such as myself. However, I don’t have to worry about the non-dairy, no-soy thing when dining at this establishment. The restaurant has something to accommodate everyone, and the menu is customizable.
I have a food intolerance to soy and dairy, so when I eat either of them my face breaks out really bad, and I feel tired and bloated. Since excluding these two items from my diet, my skin is a lot better and after I eat, I don’t feel weighed down. Allergy friendly restaurants are usually SUPER healthy, and SUPER delicious and True Food Kitchen Boca Raton is no exception. That is why it is now one of my GO-TO’s.
